Fallen Angels: Captured Live on Broadway

Captured live from the Todd Haimes Theatre on Broadway, the Roundabout Theatre Company’s acclaimed revival of Noël Coward’s Fallen Angels comes to Australian cinema screens courtesy of Sharmill Films.

The story follows two stylish, upper-class best friends whose husbands take off for a day of golf, leaving the pair home alone. When news arrives that a mutual, pre-marital French paramour is heading into town, a bottle of champagne is uncorked, inhibitions dissolve, and decades of dormant rivalries resurface. The result is a sparkling, intoxicated afternoon of razor-sharp wit and delightfully scandalous revelations.

Directed for the stage with vintage theatrical flair, this broadcast brings Broadway straight to local screens with an ensemble cast featuring Golden Globe winner Rose Byrne, Tony Award winner Kelli O’Hara, alongside Mark Consuelos, Tracee Chimo, Christopher Fitzgerald, and Aasif Mandvi.
