• Late Entry: To preserve the ambient candlelit atmosphere and acoustic setup, late entry after the performance begins is strictly prohibited.

• Accessibility: Major capital city venues (including Perth Town Hall, Collingwood Town Hall, and St John’s Cathedral) offer step-free wheelchair access. Companion Cards are accepted via Fever Support upon booking.
