Our mission is to provide a safe, fun and a stimulating environment for your child. For the safety of all children please read and follow the crèche rules and regulations as outlined below.
WHO SHOULD PLAY BY THE RULES?
The ParentHood360’s team, ParentHood360 Parent Participants (referred to as “You” and “Members” throughout these Rules)
WHY?
So we can maintain standards and ensure you and your children have a great time.
PLAYING FAIR
Non-compliance with our Crèche Rules may result in us asking you and your child to leave the Crèche facility, or (if it’s really serious) denying you future access.
We will of course be fair when applying our Rules (which we’ll do at our discretion). We will consistently apply our Rules so that we offer a safe and comfortable Crèche environment.
THE ODD CHANGE
We may change these Rules occasionally. When this happens, we’ll let you know in advance by updating our website, Please be sure to keep an eye out here for any changes.
THE BUSINESS END OF THINGS FROM THE GET-GO
Ages: 6 months to 7 years
Time Limit: We offer hourly childminding sessions and have a maximum 3 hour limit.
Pricing: Is hourly.
Bookings: Whilst we try our utmost to accomodate walk in traffic we cannot always guarantee a space. Therefore bookings are essential – BOOK HERE.
Cancellations Accepted: 24 hours notice in advance for a full refund.
Completion of Booking Form: Upon booking you must complete our online registration form indicating any medical conditions, allergies, or behaviour/learning constraints present with the child.
Proof of Identification: Attendance sign in/out sheet must be completed at each visit. All parents or guardians signing in will be asked to provide proof of identification. The same parent/guardian needs to drop off and pick up child. Depending on the site we may have different protocols such as – password verification on collection, security wrist bands for parents, signature match. We ask that all parents comply with our procedure to safeguard your child.
Children’s safety is of paramount importance to us and we reserve the right to refuse collection if unsatisfied with the identification of the person collecting. The child will remain at the crèche until contact has been made with the parent/guardian.
What to Bring: LABEL water bottles, wipes, dummies/comforter and socks.
Toilet Policy: All children should be fed, changed or toileted prior to commencing their crèche session. Whilst at the service should your little one need the toilet we will call you and notify you.
Food Policy: We are not able to feed your child on site. No food allowed on site and we have a no nuts, egg, peanut butter or peanut based or traceable products, lollies, chewing gum or popcorn policy.
Lost or Stolen Policy: Every item brought in to the crèche must be labelled with the child’s name. Parents can leave prams on site (space permitting) but we request all valuables to be removed.
ParentHood360 reserves the right to suspend Crèche privileges from any member who consistently neglects the rules and regulations.
Sickness and Wellness Policy
Temperature will be taken on entry. To ensure the safety and well-being of other children sick children are not permitted into the ParentHood360 crèche.
If your child displays any of the following they are considered sick: has a fever, mucus from the nose, eyes or mouth, cough, flu, vomiting, diarrhoea or any virus that can be spread or has a visible rash.
Children who become ill whilst at ParentHood360 Crèche will be made comfortable until you are notified and can come and pick them up. We do not administer prescription or non-prescription drugs i.e. cough syrup, Panadol or children’s aspirin, vitamins etc. In the event of accident/illness you authorise ParentHood360 Crèche workers to seek medical assistance as required. Parent/guardians will be responsible for any medical costs incurred.
BE CONTACTABLE AND READILY AVAILABLE
You must remain in centre whilst crèche is in use. Please keep your mobile on and nearby in case you receive a call from the ParentHood360 crèche team.
Be on Time: We operate on the hour so please do not be late. If you are more than 10 minutes late it might be billed as an additional hour.
If you are late: In the event that you fail to collect your child from our care at the designated time, we will follow the company procedure to make every effort to contact you and keep your child entertained and safe until the situation is resolved. If we are unable to contact you with a reasonable period of time, we will attempt to contact the listed emergency contact. If they are unreachable, we will be left with no option but to contact the police due to our duty of care to your child. Please note the hourly rate will be charged during wait time.
Release
I, and if being a minor, my parent/guardian/s, for and on my behalf of myself, unconditionally release ParentHood360 and its employees or agents acting on its behalf from all claims, suits, demands, actions or proceedings (whether at law, in equity or arising under statute) arising out of or in connection with an act, default or admission by me or my agents. I agree not to sue or to make any claim or demand against ParentHood360 and its employees or agents in respect to matters covered by this release.
Social Media and Marketing Release
I give ParentHood360 Crèche permission to take photographs and/or video of my child. I grant full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the company’s marketing aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
Indemnity
I indemnify ParentHood360 and its employees or agents against all actions, claims, costs, losses, expenses and damages (including the costs of defending or settling any action or claim) in respect of: Loss of, loss of use of, or damage to property of ParentHood360 and its employees or agents; or Personal injury (including death) or illness to any person or loss of, loss of use of, or damage to any property; resulting from or by reason of anything done or omitted to be done by me arising out of my activities undertaken at or near ParentHood360 facilities. My liability to indemnify ParentHood360 and its employees or agents is reduced proportionally to the extent that a negligent act or omission of ParentHood360 and its employees or agents has contributed to the injury, damage or loss.
COVID 19 – Liability Waiver
Click here to read the full COVID-19 liability waiver. By using the crèche services this acts as acceptance of the COVID-19 liability waiver. You understand that this release discharges ParentHood360 from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the crèche with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from ParentHood360. This liability waiver and release extends to the crèche together with all owners, partners, and employees.
Privacy & personal information protection notice
The purpose of collection of this information is to provide ParentHood360 staff/agents with contact details and medical information for your child/ren. You are entitled to have access to this form to correct or amend it after you have given it to ParentHood360 staff/agents. This form will be stored electronically or if printed in a locked cupboard. Access to this information is restricted to ParentHood360 staff/agents and health authorities should we need to seek medical advise for your child. Members of the public will not be provided with access to the personal details contained on this form.
Providing Feedback
ParentHood360 welcomes comments, both positive and negative, from those using our crèche as it provides valuable information to helps us continually improve our service. If you have queries or concerns or cause for complaint of any nature, please speak to the setting Manager in the first instance. If the matter is not resolved, please contact the Hood HQ.
ACCEPTANCE OF CRÈCHE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Usage of crèche services indicates that you have read and fully understood the above conditions and accept them.
