Discover Shark Life at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast

Sunshine Coast, 10 June 2026 – SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium is making a splash, inviting guests to dive fin-first into the jaw-dropping world of sharks over the school holidays.

From 27 June to 26 July, families are invited to dive into the ultimate shark adventure with Discover Shark Life. Young ocean explorers can embark on a jaw-some scavenger hunt throughout the aquarium, uncovering fascinating shark facts while coming face-to-fin with resident Grey Nurse, Grey Reef, and Wobbegong Sharks.

Along the way, guests will discover the surprising truth about these often-misunderstood ocean predators through interactive experiences designed to entertain, educate, and inspire. The school holiday fun continues with hands-on activities including a fascinating shark artefact table and creative origami sessions, making Discover Shark Life the perfect underwater adventure for the whole family.

For thrill-seekers looking to take things to the next level, a shark-themed Virtual Reality experience offers an unforgettable plunge beneath the surface, bringing guests face-to-fin with some of the ocean’s most incredible predators in a fully immersive underwater adventure.
