Family Fun Interactive Games
Being home all day, every day can get extremely boring, as you have probably discovered. Luckily, we’ve got you covered with some epic interactive games that get the whole family having fun without leaving your living room. A lot of these games operate using the WII console, but not to worry if you don’t have one, you can get a refurbished one from E.B. Games for under $65 right here. These are some of the best heavily interactive video games that everyone can enjoy.
WII Sports
For those who don’t know, WII is a gaming console by Nintendo, that revolves around using controls that are stimulated by actual movement, following the actions of your hands. WII sports is a game that uses the format of the console to create a virtual experience of playing tennis, golf, bowling, boxing or baseball. Any of the sports can be played by up to four people at once and allows for the entire family to play at the same time.
Mario Kart (WII)
A lot of people see a lot of different things when we say Mario Kart. However we are talking about highly interactive games so this version of Mario Kart is not what you expect. Using the WII console again, the Mario Kart experience is next level, you can even get steering wheels that your WII remotes fit into to create a more hands on feeling when you play. With multi-player mode allowing for four drivers at once, it’s another game the entire family can smile at for hours.
Just Dance (WII)
If you are looking to burn some calories and get the entire family laughing, you are most likely going to do it by playing Just Dance. Just Dance is exactly how it sounds, again using the motion sensitive controllers in your hands, you can follow the rhythm and dance like a pro. Just Dance includes an assortment of hits singles and dance classics that everyone can groove to. Just be careful when it comes competition time, especially if you are competitive. Earning points is all about timing and following the actions accurately, but it can get pretty tricky so be prepared to practice before the family dance comp starts up.
Guitar Hero (WII)
Guitar Hero is by far the most challenging of them all, with nearly 40 songs to rock to on guitar. Even though this one doesn’t require any movement, it is great for helping improve hand eye coordination and providing you with some musical intuition. Unfortunately however, you’ll need the Guitar Hero guitar remote to play the game, but if you can get your hands on one. It’s certainly epic fun!!
