Fool’s Paradise Sydney Fringe is the festival’s brand new home for family fun, and it comes with backflips, aerialists and giant rainbow bubbles. Landing at The Entertainment Quarter from 26 August to 11 October, the venue is curated by award-winning local troupe Head First Acrobats, with a line-up of shows made for kids and the grown-ups who tag along.
Catch Radio Variety, a world-first circus and cabaret spectacular where acrobats, aerialists, comedians and dancers spin through the decades to the radio anthems that raised us. All-Star Circus returns after winning over families at last year’s Fringe, packing in backflips, one-arm handstands and human pyramids from a cast who make it all look effortless. And fresh from a sell-out Edinburgh Fringe season, The Flying Bubble Show sees Maxwell the Bubbleologist blend immersive theatre, giant rainbow spheres and smoke-filled galaxies into pure kid-dazzling magic.
With shows suited to all ages across the seven-week season, Fool’s Paradise is shaping up to be the family highlight of this year’s Sydney Fringe.
