Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters was founded in 2007 by Mark Dundon and Bridget Amor, two figures synonymous with the rise of specialty coffee in Australia. Based in Carlton, Melbourne, the roastery and cafe are named after the seven seeds smuggled out of Yemen by Baba Budan, which supposedly introduced coffee to the world.
