Platform Terms & Listing Agreement
Effective As of Reading.
These Platform Terms & Listing Agreement (“Terms”) govern participation on the Parenthood360 platform (“Parenthood360”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a listing, purchasing a package, providing a Parent Promo, participating in editorial, or being featured on Parenthood360, you (“Partner”, “Brand”, “Business”, “Venue”) agree to these Terms.
Platform Overview
Parenthood360 is a digital discovery, editorial and listing platform designed to help Australian parents find trusted brands, venues, services and experiences. Parenthood360 promotes partners via listings, editorial features, curated directories, newsletters and social media. Parenthood360 does not process customer bookings or payments for partners unless explicitly stated for a specific campaign or tool.Listing Types and What You Are Purchasing
Parenthood360 offers both free and paid listing options. Free listings are base listings with limited functionality and visibility. Paid listings may include enhanced placement, increased word count, SEO optimisation, images, category positioning, promotional support, editorial development and other benefits depending on the package selected. Package inclusions are defined in the proposal, invoice, email confirmation or media kit provided at the time of purchase.Free Listing Terms and Limitations
Free listings are offered at Parenthood360’s discretion and may be limited by word count, SEO optimisation, image inclusion, placement priority, category visibility and promotional support. Free listings are not guaranteed to appear above paid partners and do not include social promotion, editorial coverage or content writing support unless specifically agreed in writing. Free listings may require the Partner to self submit information via a form or onboarding link, and the Partner is responsible for accuracy, completeness and compliance of all information submitted.Parent Promo Requirement
Parenthood360 is community driven and built around offering parents genuine value. For this reason, participation on the platform may require a Parent Promo. A Parent Promo is a Partner provided offer such as a discount, bonus, exclusive inclusion, added value, early access or member only perk. The Parent Promo must be genuine, clearly stated and honoured for the advertised period. The Partner is solely responsible for setting the terms, fulfilling the offer, honouring redemptions and handling customer service. Parenthood360 is not liable for disputes or fulfilment issues relating to Parent Promos. Parenthood360 may remove, pause or amend the visibility of a Parent Promo if it is misleading, expired, repeatedly declined or not honoured in good faith.Listing Content Accuracy and Updates
Partners must ensure all listing information remains accurate and up to date, including pricing, hours, locations, booking links, inclusions, age suitability, safety requirements and offer terms. Parenthood360 may request updates at any time and may pause or remove listings that are materially inaccurate, outdated or misleading. Parenthood360 may edit content for clarity, formatting, tone, grammar, SEO structure and platform consistency without altering the Partner’s responsibility for accuracy.Featured Placement and Visibility
Featured placement, boosted visibility, category priority and promotional pushes are only included in paid packages unless confirmed in writing. Visibility may vary based on seasonality, editorial priorities, category demand and platform layout. Parenthood360 does not guarantee traffic volumes, enquiries, bookings or conversions.Editorial Content, Reviews and Brand Stories
Editorial features, reviews and founder stories are created at Parenthood360’s discretion unless included in a paid package or confirmed in writing. Parenthood360 retains full editorial control, including wording, headlines, imagery selection, publishing timelines and whether content is published. Reviews reflect genuine experience and are not guaranteed to be positive.Gifting, Hosted Experiences and No Coverage Guarantee
If a Partner provides products, samples, gifted experiences, media stays or complimentary access, these are provided for consideration only and do not guarantee coverage. Parenthood360 may choose not to publish content or may publish content reflecting honest experience.Advertising and Influencer Disclosure
Where content involves gifted products, hosted experiences, paid partnerships or affiliate links, Parenthood360 will include appropriate disclosure in line with Australian Consumer Law, ACCC guidance and advertising standards. Disclosure wording and placement are determined by Parenthood360 to ensure compliance and transparency.Affiliate Links and Tracking
Parenthood360 may use affiliate links, tracking links or third party tools. Where affiliate links are used, Parenthood360 may earn a commission at no extra cost to the consumer. Link structures and tracking systems may change over time.Content Creation and Use of Technology
Parenthood360 may use a combination of human writers, editors and technology assisted tools, including AI supported drafting, optimisation or editing, as part of its content workflow. All content is reviewed and curated by Parenthood360 prior to publication.Intellectual Property and Use of Assets
Partners grant Parenthood360 a non exclusive, royalty free licence to use business names, logos, trademarks and supplied assets across the platform, social channels, newsletters and marketing material for promotional and editorial purposes. Partners confirm they own or have permission to use all supplied assets and indemnify Parenthood360 against third party claims.Partner Conduct and Platform Integrity
Partners must not misrepresent offers, use misleading claims or request removal of mandatory disclosures. Parenthood360 may pause or remove listings or campaigns where conduct is inconsistent with platform standards or where repeated complaints are received.Payment, Renewals and Cancellations
Paid packages are invoiced as agreed. Fees are non refundable once onboarding or content production has commenced unless otherwise stated. Package inclusions apply for the defined term. Parenthood360 may suspend paid features for overdue invoices.Limitation of Liability
