Platform Terms & Listing Agreement

These Platform Terms & Listing Agreement (“Terms”) govern participation on the Parenthood360 platform (“Parenthood360”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a listing, purchasing a package, providing a Parent Promo, participating in editorial, or being featured on Parenthood360, you (“Partner”, “Brand”, “Business”, “Venue”) agree to these Terms.

  1. Agreement
    By submitting a listing, purchasing a package, providing a Parent Promo, participating in editorial or being featured on Parenthood360, the Partner agrees to these Terms.
  2. Platform Overview
    Parenthood360 is a digital discovery, editorial and listing platform designed to connect parents with products, services and experiences. Parenthood360 provides visibility and positioning only and does not facilitate bookings or transactions unless stated.
  3. Scope of Services
    Services may include listings, editorial features, promotional placements, social content and campaigns. Inclusions are defined in the proposal, invoice, media kit or written agreement.
  4. No Guarantee of Results
    Parenthood360 does not guarantee traffic, enquiries, conversions or commercial outcomes. Performance may vary based on timing, category, market conditions and audience behaviour.
  5. Content and Editorial Control
    Parenthood360 retains full editorial control over all content including wording, structure, imagery, timing and publication. Content is created in line with platform standards and audience relevance.
  6. Disclosure and Advertising Compliance
    Where content is paid, gifted, sponsored or includes affiliate links, Parenthood360 will apply appropriate disclosure in line with Australian Consumer Law and advertising standards.
  7. General Information Disclaimer
    All content including listings, editorials, reviews, promotions and features is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice. Users should seek independent advice relevant to their circumstances.
  8. No Reliance
    Users acknowledge that reliance on any content, offer or information published on Parenthood360 is at their own risk.
  9. Parent Promos and Offers
    Where a Partner provides a promotion, discount, offer or inclusion, the Partner is solely responsible for fulfilment. All offers must be honoured as advertised. The Partner must notify Parenthood360 in writing of any changes, limitations or withdrawal of an offer. Parenthood360 is not liable for disputes, redemptions or fulfilment issues.
  10. Partner Responsibility for Claims
    Partners are responsible for all claims, representations and information provided, including pricing, benefits, inclusions and outcomes. Parenthood360 does not verify or guarantee Partner claims.
  11. Listing Accuracy and Updates
    Partners must ensure all information is accurate and current. Parenthood360 may edit content for clarity and consistency but is not responsible for inaccuracies supplied by the Partner.
  12. Intellectual Property
    Partners grant Parenthood360 a non-exclusive licence to use supplied assets for editorial, promotional and platform purposes. Partners confirm they have rights to all materials provided.
  13. Gifting and No Coverage Guarantee
    Products, services or experiences provided to Parenthood360 are for consideration only and do not guarantee coverage.
  14. Payment and Cancellations
    Fees are payable as agreed and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Parenthood360 may pause or remove services where payment is overdue.
  15. Platform Integrity
    Parenthood360 may remove or refuse listings, content or promotions that are misleading, non-compliant or inconsistent with platform standards.
  16. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parenthood360 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of revenue, business or reputation.
  17. Amendments
    Parenthood360 may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
  18. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
