Our COVID Safe Plan

During these unprecedented times it is important that everyone takes in to account the safety and wellbeing of others. At ParentHood360 we have received our Covid Safe Badge and follow strict guidelines and principals outlined by the Australian Department of Health when it comes to maintaining the cleanliness of our Hood Crèche and the safety of the children in our care. Here are just some of the steps we have taken to protect you and your little ones;

Our Wellness Policy

We have a strict wellness policy that we ask all parents and staff to adhere to. Click here for more information on our Hood Crèche terms of use. We kindly ask that if you have been overseas in the last 14 days, in contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid or are presenting any flu like symptoms that you refrain from using our service. In the interest of well-being, both parents and children will be asked to undergo temperature checks on arrival, to sanitise hands at check in and to assist in maintaining our social distancing policy parents will not be allowed to enter the crèche but instead will be allocated drop off and pick up waiting zones.  

Cleaning Is Second Nature To Us

Our founder owns a National cleaning company and is meticulous when it comes to cleanliness within our Hood Crèche Play Zones. We have passed the Department of Health’s infection control training course and apply their principals throughout our Covid safe plan. All toys are cleaned regularly with non toxic, antibacterial products. Deep, antibacterial cleaning occurs each hour with plenty of back up toys in rotation. Your safety and well being is of the utmost importance to us and as such we maintain frequent cleaning of high touch point areas throughout the day.   

Seperate Play Zones

As you know it’s hard to socially distance children. To assist and encourage natural social distancing we have designed and spaced our Hood Crèche to have specific play zone locations. With safety in mind we have created play plans that limit the number of children playing at each zone. We’re all about our little ones getting to know and play with fellow children from their Hood, however, we want to try and maintain a social distancing within the Hood Crèche as much as possible.
