Marrickville’s Iconic Spot

Marrickville has one of the most iconic places in the inner west – Enmore Park. It is a big, green space for the little explorers to play and have fun, the grassy lawns making it ideal to have a picnic. They also have facilities for a barbecue.

Within this big park children have access to the playground, and its recognisable “rocket”. As well as swings, a spider climbing frame, and slides guarantees that your little ones will have fun.

If you have a dog then you can bring them as this park also has an off the leash dog exercise area.

PLUS around the corner you can find The Petty Cash Cafe, a kids-friendly cafe with not only great food, but it also gives you a picnic rug and brings your order to the park. How awesome does that sounds!

If you want a little bit of water play, then why not head to The Annete Kellerman Aquatic Centre, a family friendly pool near the park, which offers swimming lessons and has a toddler pool.
